Delivery Charges
Delivery charges depend on your location and courier service.

Outside Dhaka ৳120 – ৳150
Final delivery charge will be confirmed at checkout or via inbox.
Cash on Delivery (COD) – Available nationwide
Bkash/Nagad Payment – Available for advance/full payment
For advance orders, payment confirmation is required before dispatch
Order Processing & Shipping
Once your order is confirmed, it will be processed within 24 hours (working days).
After processing, your package will be handed over to Steadfast or Pathao Courier.
A tracking number may be provided upon request (if applicable from courier service).
Delivery Responsibility
HUG BD ensures proper packaging before dispatch.
After dispatch, shipment handling is managed by the respective courier company.
In case of any courier delay or issues, we will assist you in coordinating with the courier service.
Failed Delivery / Incomplete Address
📌 If the delivery fails due to incorrect address or unreachable phone number, the customer must repay courier charges for re-delivery.
