By purchasing from HUG BD, you acknowledge that:
✔ You have read and understood our Return, Exchange, Shipping & Privacy Policies.
✔ You agree to provide accurate information (name, address, phone number).
✔ Misuse, fraud, or false claims may result in order cancellation or permanent restriction.
2. Product Information
✔ We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and details.
✔ However, slight variation in color may occur due to lighting or screen resolution.
✔ Sizes and measurements are provided for assistance; customers are responsible for selecting correctly.
3. Pricing & Payment
✔ Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
✔ Payment methods include Cash on Delivery (COD) and Bkash/Nagad/Bank Transfer for advance or full payment.
✔ Advance payment may be required for specific/pre-order items.
4. Order Confirmation & Cancellation
✔ Orders are confirmed after verification via inbox/call/SMS.
✔ HUG BD reserves the right to cancel any suspicious or unverifiable order.
✔ Customers must inform us promptly if they want to cancel before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.
5. Shipping & Delivery
✔ We deliver nationwide through trusted courier partners such as Steadfast & Pathao.
✔ Estimated delivery time:
inside Dhaka: 1-3 working days
Outside Dhaka: 3-5 working days
✔ Delivery delays due to courier or external factors (weather, lockdown, strikes) are not HUG BD’s liability.
6. Return & Exchange
✔ Returns or exchanges are allowed only under the conditions mentioned in our Return & Exchange Policy.
✔ Mandatory: Clear unboxing video from start to end for damage/wrong item claims.
✔ No return/exchange will be accepted without proper proof or if the product has been used or damaged by the customer.
7. Customer Responsibilities
By placing an order, customers agree to:
✔ Provide correct delivery information
✔ Receive the product upon arrival
✔ Pay courier charges if delivery fails due to wrong address or phone number
8. Order Refusal or Fake Orders
Fake, prank, or unresponsive orders will be blacklisted permanently.
HUG BD reserves the right to take legal action if necessary.
9. Privacy & Data Security
Customer information (phone number, address, etc.) is kept strictly confidential.
We do not share/sell customer data to third parties.
10. Policy Changes
HUG BD reserves the right to update, change, or modify any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our service implies acceptance of updated terms.
